Avoid exposing the skin to re-injury. People with psoriasis should avoid wearing tight shoes, watch straps, blunt razors or harsh chemicals.

Losing weight - Research ha shown that many people with psoriasis who shed off weight experience an improvement. If you want to see quick results lose some kilos if you are over weight.

Reduce stress - If the person is under stress, I recommend taking a holiday or practice alternative techniques of relaxation, it has been observed in some people that stress can be a trigger for psoriasis.

Take good care of yourself - It is a known fact that psoriasis worsens when exposed to attacks of infection. Therefore, boost your immunity level through proper diet.
