Psoriasis, a very serious skin problem is caused by the excessive production of more cells of the skin (the dead) and the formation of plaques that are whitish, abruptly or bit by bit, in outbreaks or redness in very specific areas of the skin or may extend over large areas of the body.

Apply cold press is also favorable - Placing ice cubes in a plastic bag and applying it for a while on the affected skin helps the patient of psoriasis. If you experience itching, the affected part can be submerged in a mixture of cold water and apple cider vinegar.

Avoid exposing the skin to re-injury. People with psoriasis should avoid wearing tight shoes, watch straps, blunt razors or harsh chemicals.

Losing weight - Research ha shown that many people with psoriasis who shed off weight experience an improvement. If you want to see quick results lose some kilos if you are over weight.
